The role:

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on and forward-thinking Partnerships Lead to join us in our London HQ. This will be a pivotal role in our growth story, as we nurture and launch a new market, and bring InHome greatness to the UK. You will be focused on establishing and expanding trusted relationships with Partners, collaborating closely with key external stakeholders to build a diverse pool of offerings to our Glue customers.

Working strategically with our Founders and senior team, you will define and bring to life our products for a  whole new cohort of customers, partnering with Product and Marketing to understand and analyse consumer habits and preferences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Become an industry thought leader within e-commerce and last-mile delivery, in order to drive partner success 

  • Develop and manage short and long term account plans based on partner objectives

  • Accurately and effectively manage pipeline in order to prioritise business opportunities and resources

  • Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships, including understanding and identifying contacts within partner organisations that manage all relevant areas and budgets

  • Be responsible for defining success within your role, using data to set ambitious goals

  • Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Glue in-home delivery solutions

  • Partner with the wider team on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives – developing work plans, leading analysis, and defining the overall business approach

  • Excellent communication style,  with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of an organisation

  • A professional and positive approach to daily tasks, coupled with a honed ability to prioritise effectively
