We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on and creative Marketing expert to join our London team. Working closely with the wider team, you will play a key role in sharing our story and vision with the world. You will build and develop an effective strategy that will launch our product to a brand new market, engage partners and customers alike, and encourage adoption and trust.
- Digital and performance marketing
Drive revenue and profitable customer acquisition by leveraging all digital and physical marketing channels including paid media, paid search, re-targeting, SEO, email, affiliate marketing, partnerships, social media, direct mail, etc. Provide predictability and metrics around marketing spend on customer acquisition, loyalty and retention programs.
Identify different customer segments, focus on how best to target, convert and retain them. Use data and customer insight to map customer journeys, analysing touch points to maximise commercial and customer retention opportunities.
- Content and communications
Develop our communications strategy and drive all media relations activities, including message development for consumer and business audiences, issues management, brand support, and science/research.
- Partner marketing
Define and communicate our value proposition for e-commerce, home services and logistics partners. Create, execute, manage, and track the success of joint marketing activities with partners including, partner marketing programmes, marketing events, digital events/activities, sales collateral, and outbound prospecting co-marketing campaigns. Develop sales and marketing materials to be used by the commercial teams to engage and close new partners, and to upsell.
You’re a marketing swiss-army knife, with experience across the board within a tech-first business. You’re equal parts data-driven and creative, and thrive in a growing, action-oriented environment. You are truly passionate about building a trusted, world-class brand.
As a digital marketing wizard, you have all the technical skills needed to plan, deliver and analyse complex digital campaigns across various platforms. Focusing on ROIs and metrics comes naturally to you, and you have solid experience in product positioning, marketing strategy and brand building.
