If you are sure that you would like to cancel your subscription here is what you need to do:

1. Send us an email to support@gluehome.com with the following info:

- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
- Postcode
- City

2. We will send you a return slip within 24h.

3. Once you have received the return slip, dismount your Glue Smart Lock from you door and disconnect your hub.

4. Return all components of your Glue Smart Lock back into its original box (or equivalent).

5. Print your return pre-paid post slip (which includes the post address), and post your Glue Smart Lock with all its components back to us.

Once we receive your returned Glue Smart Lock, your subscription will be canceled straight away.

In case you terminate your monthly payments without returning your Glue Smart lock, Glue reserves the right to invoice you for the total price of your Glue Smart Lock plus shipping (2 590,00 kr) minus the total amount of all monthly payments to date.
