We are looking for an Operations and Customer Success expert to join our London team and manage the optimisation of our customer and partner interactions. Your mission will be to strategise and deliver a world class experience across every user touch point, establish trust within our community and play a core role in optimising our product experience across every channel and platform.
You will be leading our internal and external ops team, who support our user and driver operations and strive to constantly improve and implement efficient processes. Additionally, you will be responsible a range of diverse projects: problem solving across a number of areas, and managing the balance between daily firefighting and meticulous strategic planning.
You might have a consulting or operational background, with experience managing Customer Service, external partners and cross-functional stakeholders. You’re looking for an exciting role within a growing business that will enable you to utilise and develop your skillset and partner with a high performing team.

You have experience working in a fast paced environment, and enjoy the challenges of growth and scale
